Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

FAQs About Our 24-Hour Gym, Personal Training & Kickboxing in Palm Springs

1. Is PSTF a 24-hour gym in Palm Springs?

Yes. Palm Springs Training Facility offers true 24-hour access for members. Once enrolled, you can train on your schedule — early mornings, late nights, or anytime in between — in a focused, semi-private environment.

If you’re working with a personal trainer, your coach manages their own schedule and also has full access to the facility. Training sessions are conducted directly with your trainer, ensuring structure, accountability, and consistency.

Whether you’re an independent member or training with a coach, the facility is designed to give you uninterrupted access and a serious training atmosphere.

2. Do you offer personal training in Palm Springs?

Yes. Palm Springs Training Facility works with a wide range of experienced trainers, including coaches/trainers with industry-leading certifications such as NASM and other nationally recognized credentials.

Our coaches specialize in different areas — from fat loss and muscle building to strength development, conditioning, and rehabilitation-focused training. When you reach out through our contact form, we begin with a thorough assessment to understand your goals, experience level, schedule, and any physical considerations. From there, we intentionally pair you with a trainer who aligns with your needs and preferences.

Our goal is simple: to connect you with the right coach for long-term progress — not just a random assignment.

3. Do you have kickboxing or Muay Thai training?

Yes. Palm Springs Training Facility features an elevated boxing ring, multiple heavy bags, and dedicated Muay Thai and kickboxing training areas designed for both technical development and conditioning.

Our coaches are focused on continually improving their craft and offer both group and private sessions for all experience levels — from beginners learning fundamentals to experienced strikers refining technique. Training is structured, progressive, and performance-driven.

Unlike traditional mat-only studios, PSTF also provides full access to our strength and conditioning equipment. That means you can combine striking, strength training, and conditioning in one complete, well-rounded session.

4. Is PSTF a crowded commercial gym?

No. Palm Springs Training Facility is a semi-private training environment intentionally designed to avoid the overcrowding common in large commercial gyms.

What we’re most proud of is our returning and consistent members. PSTF isn’t built around high-volume signups — it’s built around people who show up, train regularly, and become part of a tight-knit community. Members encourage each other, respect the space, and take their training seriously.

The facility itself is built with purpose and intention, and we continually refine it based on feedback from our members, coaches, and the people who call PSTF home.

5. Can I try the gym before committing?

Yes. We offer flexible 1-day, 7-day, and 14-day pass options so you can experience Palm Springs Training Facility firsthand before committing to a membership.

We also welcome facility tours. If you’d prefer to see the space, ask questions, and get a feel for the environment first, simply reach out through our contact form and we’ll be happy to show you around and walk you through what we’ve built.

We’ve also recently added new photos to showcase the facility — you can view them here to get a closer look before visiting.

We’re proud of the space — and we’d love to share it with you.

6. Who is this gym best suited for?

Palm Springs Training Facility is built for people who care about their training — whether you're an athlete, a busy professional, focused on longevity, or simply ready to take your fitness seriously.

At the same time, we keep things welcoming. With Muay Thai and kickboxing equipment, advanced cardio machines, and a wide variety of strength and conditioning tools, you’re free to train the way that feels right that day. Some days you lift heavy. Some days you strike. Some days you condition. All you have to do is show up — we’ve built the space to support whatever direction your training takes.

And if self-paced training isn’t cutting it, strike up a conversation with one of our coaches. They’re always happy to offer guidance, share tips, refine your approach, or help you structure something more specific.

If you value a focused environment, real equipment, and a supportive community, PSTF is designed for you.

7. What makes PSTF different from other gyms in Palm Springs?

Palm Springs Training Facility is intentionally built as a focused, semi-private training environment — not a high-volume commercial gym. We prioritize space, quality equipment, and a strong training culture over crowded floors and long equipment wait times.

In addition to 24-hour access, PSTF offers a wide range of premium strength and conditioning equipment, an elevated boxing ring, dedicated kickboxing and Muay Thai training areas, and experienced coaches who take their craft seriously. Members aren’t just signing up — they’re showing up consistently and becoming part of a tight-knit community.

We continually improve the facility based on feedback from our members and coaches. The result is a gym designed with purpose, built for people who value serious training in a supportive environment.
