2. Memberships, Personal Training, and Pricing

​

Membership sign-ups and agreements are completed through GymDesk and are subject to the terms, waivers, and conditions provided during enrollment.

Membership and personal training fees displayed on this website may be either one-time payments or recurring monthly fees, depending on the option selected at checkout. Any cancellation policies, commitments, refund terms, or billing frequency details will be clearly stated within the specific membership or training agreement at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable membership terms, conditions, and liability waivers.

Membership costs are also subject to standard processing fees when applicable. Prices exclude fees. An additional 3% credit/debit card processing fees apply. ACH is free.

3. Retail Purchases, Pickup Only, and Fees

​

Prices listed for PSTF retail items do not include sales tax or processing fees. At the time of purchase, applicable California sales tax will be added.

If paid using a credit or debit card, an additional 3% processing fee applies. Retail purchases are pickup in-gym only. PSTF does not currently offer shipping.

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risk. Palm Springs Training Facility (PSTF) does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided on this website, in communications, or by coaches is for general fitness education and guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

Results are not guaranteed. Participation in training, classes, or gym use is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Use of this website
• Participation in gym activities
• Use of PSTF facilities or services

All logos, branding, images, text, designs, and content on this website are the property of Palm Springs Training Facility and may not be used without written permission.

Palm Springs Training Facility (PSTF) uses GymDesk and other trusted third-party service providers to support our operations, including membership management, scheduling, communication, website hosting, and related business services. We also use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By using our website, services, or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that these third-party platforms may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies, which may also apply in addition to PSTF policies.
